Acid Value and Peroxide Value Analyzer is an integrated rapid testing device for oil products, capable of swiftly detecting acid value and peroxide value content in edible vegetable oils, lard, peanut oil, sunflower oil, rice bran oil, foodstuffs, and meat products. Testing determines whether vegetable oils meet national standards or identify substandard oils, including recycled cooking oil. The instrument reserves additional testing programs and ports, allowing for convenient independent expansion of testing capabilities based on future needs. It can be upgraded to a comprehensive instrument for testing aquatic products and flour-based foods.
