Note:

First, slowly open the nitrogen cylinder valve to set the outlet pressure between O.1 MPa and 0.2 MPa. 

Then, turn the pressure adjustment knob on the nitrogen flow control valve and fine-tune it until the pressure gauge reads approximately 0.02 MPa. During operation, adjust the pressure accordingly based on the number of orifices in use (typically within the range of 0.02 to 0.05 MPa).

Product Application:

The dry bath nitrogen evaporator is developed for high-throughput sample concentration and pretreatment, widely adopted for drug screening, hormone analysis, and sample preparation workflows in liquid chromatography (LC), gas chromatography (GC) and mass spectrometry (MS).

Working Principle:

Dry nitrogen is purged onto the surface of heated samples to rapidly evaporate and separate organic solvents, realizing oxygen-free concentration and protecting sample purity. 
As an efficient alternative to traditional rotary evaporators, this instrument can process dozens of samples simultaneously, drastically cutting sample preparation time with outstanding merits of time efficiency, simple operation and fast processing speed.

Main Features：

1. Each purge needle can be controlled independently, with 24 airway control switches, no gas wasted.

2. The heater enables the sample to be quickly and effectively heated to the evaporation temperature, while the gas is blown from the gas chamber through the gas needle to the surface of the solution, which promotes the rapid evaporation of the solution and the concentration of the sample.

3. The whole working system consists of adjustable gas chamber and heater.

4. The position of the gas needle in the air cavity can be changed to make it suitable for different test tubes. The standard gas needle length is 150mm.

5. The height of the air cavity can be adjusted according to the height of the solvent level. When concentrating toxic solvents, the entire system can be placed in a fume hood.
