Introduction:

Concrete thickness gauge is used for measuring the thickness of nonmetallic plate, especially for concrete slab thickness that cannot be measured directly.

This instrument is to measure the thickness mainly by using distribution characteristics of electromagnetic field and possesses functions of thickness measurement, data analysis, data storage & output etc. 

It is a kind of intelligent thickness measuring instrument that is portable, convenient and accurate.

Main function:

Measure the nonmetallic plate thickness（e.g. concrete, rock and glass plate etc.）

Store, view and delete measured data and calculate the average value and pass rate

Upload measured data to external data processing software through serial port and USB port

Working principle:

Concrete thickness gauge consists of transmitting probe, receiving probe, receiving signal processing system, display system and data storage system.As shown in Figure 1-1.

The transmitting probe generates a certain frequency electromagnetic signal on one side of the non-metal plate, and the receiving probe receives the electromagnetic signal on the other side of the non-metal plate and converts it into an electrical signal, which is transmitted to the receiving signal processing system. The receiving signal processing system displays and stores the measurement results.
