Introduction

Transformer DC Resistance Tester is also called transformer winding tester, DC resistance tester, which is used to quickly measure the DC resistance of various transformer windings, which is a must-test item for semi-finished and finished product factory testing, installation, handover testing and preventive testing in the power department during transformer manufacturing. The instrument can effectively detect manufacturing defects of the transformer coil such as material selection, welding, loose connection parts, missing strands, broken wires, and hidden dangers after operation.

Transformer DC Resistance Tester is composed of host, test line, USB communication cable, etc. The tester adopts microprocessor technology and measurement with precision 4-wire method, measure range up to 1.000mΩ~50.00kΩ, accuracy level up to 0.2%, and max. resolution is 1uΩ, which make the measurement accurate and reliable. The instrument has two measurement modes: Automatic and manual measurement. The instrument adopt with fast automatic demagnetization technology, users do not need to demagnetize after testing. The instrument has the function of 75℃ conversion resistance calculation, which performs compensation and conversion according to the temperature and material of the tested object.

The instrument equipped with 5-inch full-colorful high-resolution touch screen, which with backlight adjustment function, clearly visible under strong light. The tester also equipped with built-in printer, Bluetooth communication, and USB interface. The tester also has automatic discharge function, alarm function, clock function, automatic shutdown function and so on. It is an ideal instrument for quickly measuring the transformer DC resistance.

Function Features

1. The instrument has two measurement modes, automatic measurement mode: the test current can be automatically selected according to the load; Manual measurement mode: 10A, 5A, 1A, 200mA, 10mA, There are 5 test current gears to selection.
2. Max output voltage 24V, Max test current 10A, the test speed is fast and suitable to transformer measurement.
3. The instrument has the function of fast automatic demagnetization, users do not need to demagnetize after testing.
4. Equipped with 5 inch true colorful LCD touch screen, when measurement can operate with touch screen and buttons.
5. The instrument import into the guide key which can help users quickly master the operation methods;
6. Equipped with built-in printer, which can print the measurement result on site.
7. With Bluetooth communication function, which can view the test results on mobile phone after installing the APP.
8. The tester has USB interface, which can reading, viewing, saving, reporting, printing the historical data after connecting and communicating with computer.
9. With the discharge function, it can discharge automatically after testing, and the discharge indication is clear to avoid incorrect operation.
10. The instrument has the function of resistance conversion at 75℃, which can be compensated and converted according to the temperature and material of the tested sample .
11. With alarm function, which can set the resistance alarm value.
