1.Overview
The basic test parameters for transformers—turn ratio and direct resistance—are commonly performed. we has developed a portable instrument capable of conducting both turn ratio and direct resistance tests with a single wiring setup, thereby enhancing testing efficiency.

2.1 The three-phase CNC sine wave inverter delivers output with soft-start and soft-stop functions, ensuring fast testing speed and high accuracy.           
2.2 Testing functions for the transformation ratios, types, and polarities of three-phase transformers, single-phase transformers, PTs, CTs, and Z-type transformers.

DC Resistance Test Part

2.12 A temperature sensor can be configured to measure the transformer temperature, or it can be entered manually.
2.13 The clock and date display remain functional when power is off; data is stored locally with 100 test records available for transfer to a computer (PC).

4.Introduction to Panels and Terminal Blocks

①High-voltage test terminal: A four-color terminal block (yellow, green, red, black) corresponding to three-phase current outputs IA, IB, IC and neutral point IN; the other end features four-color test probes (yellow, green, red, black) for measuring three-phase voltage samples UA, UB, UC and neutral point UN on the high-voltage side of the transformer under test.
② Low-voltage test terminal: A four-color terminal block (yellow, green, red, black) corresponding to three-phase current outputs Ia, Ib, Ic and neutral point In; the other end of the test wire features four-colored test clamps (yellow, green, red, black) for measuring three-phase voltage samples Ua, Ub, Uc and neutral point Un on the low-voltage side of the transformer under test.
