Overview of use

It can be used to determine the concentration of bacteria in the suspension of the strain to be identified. The instrument is calibrated with (BaSO4) McFarland's turbidity standard solution and uses MCF (McFarland) McFarland's turbidity units. It directly displays the turbidity value in McFarland units.
